Residual Sugars by Rebelein method
Fermentation Monitoring
% Alcohol by ebuilliometer
Malolactic Monitoring
Sensory Evaluation
Reporting / Winery Database
Use of our Vinsight winery database system to track all movements of incoming grapes, the clarification process and additions made
Updating all Job Orders generated by the Shift Supervisor
Working with the night shift supervisor to ensure all records are updated and recorded in a timely manner
Updating of the winery whiteboard
Data entry of lab analysis in relation to process
Other
Must have the ability to interpret analysis results and express any concerns
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
