Employee Status: Temporary Reports to: Quality Systems Manager Role/Job: To perform lab analysis on juice / wine samples. Analysis data entry Purpose: Check juice analysis is at customer specification Responsibilities/Typical Activities:
- Brix, pH, titratable acidity
- Pectin Testing
- NTU and % solid measurements
- Free & Total Sulphur determination
- Acidity adjustment
- Pre Fermentation Analyses
- Fermentation monitoring
- % Alcohol by Ebuilliometer
- Residual Sugars by Rebelein
- Malolactic monitoring
- Sensory evaluation
Comments: Must have the ability to interpret analysis results and liaise with Cellar Manager. Friendly and professional and must have a sense of humour. |
