GisVin’s management team of General Manager Hamish Jackson, Operations Manager Mike Jones, Quality Systems Manager Petina Baker and Winemaker Mark Thompson. Collectively the team has extensive experience in the winemaking industry. They are an integral part of enabling GisVin to fulfil its commitment to enhancing the quality and reputation of Gisborne fruit, while meeting individual client requirements.

If you work with us, you get to take grapes from harvest and make them into award-winning wine. We are looking for everyone.  If you’re have just discovered wine, want to part of the industry, or a winemaker looking for a new challenge, come for a vintage at GisVin in the beautiful region of Gisborne and we will guaranteed to be a rewarding experience.

We’ve got positions available for different levels of experience, from cellar hands to cellar supervisors and lab technicians. Seasonal staff typically stay between six weeks to three months and, for the right people, there is always the opportunity for on-going work.
